Terms & Conditions
1. "BH" refers to Beverley Hicklin and/or employees.
2. "BH" reserve the right to withdraw
from sale, without prior notice, any item previously sold, although every
effort will be made to update the website as quickly as
possible.
3. To place an order, email to
check availability and you will be sent a PayPal invoice. Your items will then
be put on hold and reserved for you for up to three days. Please note: payment
should be made within those three days otherwise the items will be returned to
stock and may be sold elsewhere. All items are sold on a 'first come, first
served' basis.
4. The minimum order value is £10 (excluding
any postage charges currently in force).
5. Prices include first class postage
anywhere in the world. This may be subject to change. Overseas orders are sent
by airmail and usually take approx. 4-10 days depending on destination,
although "BH" cannot guarantee delivery times. "BH" aims to despatch all orders
promptly on receipt of cleared payment. This is usually the same day for orders
placed before noon GMT. All postal services are subject to Royal Mail’s
terms and conditions. Therefore, orders will not be classified as lost until 15
working days after the due delivery date. No refunds or replacements can be
issued until this time has elapsed.
Please supply a delivery address where a
signature can be obtained. In the event that a signature cannot be obtained, a
further delivery charge may be made to re-deliver. NB. We reserve the right to
change our delivery methods in the event of changes to services available. "BH"
is not responsible for any customs charges in the country of destination and
these must be paid by the purchaser, where
applicable.
6. "BH" can accept
payment via Paypal only. Paypal is a secure service. "BH" reserves the right to
refuse delivery to unconfirmed or unverified PayPal addresses. We do not accept
PayPal e-cheques as experience shows this form of payment to be slow (sometimes
taking up to 3 weeks) and this will delay despatch of your order. "BH" reserves
the right to return any payments made by e-cheque. Payment can be made by
cheque (UK only) but orders are not despatched until cheques have been cleared
which can take up to one week. All items remain the legal property of "BH"
until paid for in full.
7. Returns - we will refund the full
cost of an item, including postage, if it is faulty, PROVIDED it is returned
within 7 days of delivery in its original condition, has not been worn (or in
the event of jewellery kits, findings used) and is in its original
packaging.
8. All "BH" lampwork glass beads have been annealed in a kiln
to ensure strength and durability. However, they are still made of glass and
are thus, not indestructable. Care should be taken to store beads safely. Do
not wear beads which show sign of damage or cracking. Do not allow babies or
small children to play with beads as they may be a choking hazard. "BH" will
not be held responsible for beads which have not been stored
correctly.
9. If you have asked to join our mailing list you will receive
advance notification when beads and other products are listed in the store.
Other than your email address, no other personal information is kept and your
information will not be shared, in any form, with any other third party. In the event you no
longer wish to receive information, please let us know and your details will be
removed from our files.
